About Us — Monmore Green Results Guide

Independent resource for Monmore Green greyhound statistics, track analysis and race data. Not affiliated with Entain or GBGB.

The Monmore Green Results Guide is an independent editorial resource dedicated to greyhound racing data, track statistics and form analysis for Monmore Green Greyhound Stadium in Wolverhampton. Our goal is to provide punters, racing enthusiasts and newcomers with accurate, well-sourced information about one of England’s busiest greyhound venues.

What We Do

We compile and present data that matters to anyone following greyhound racing at Monmore Green. This includes trap statistics across all five race distances, analysis of the grading system from A1 to A10, trainer form records, racecard interpretation guides, betting market education and historical context for the stadium and the wider sport. Every statistic cited on this site is drawn from publicly available sources, and we reference those sources throughout our content.

Our approach is data-led rather than tip-driven. We do not predict race winners or sell selections. Instead, we provide the tools, context and analytical framework that allow readers to make their own informed assessments. We believe that understanding how Monmore’s tight 419-metre oval, its trap biases and its grading mechanics work is more valuable than any individual tip could be.

Our Sources

The data and statistics presented across this site are sourced from official and publicly accessible records. These include publications and reports from the Greyhound Board of Great Britain, financial data from the British Greyhound Racing Fund, track information published by Premier Greyhound Racing venues, race result databases maintained by industry data providers, and statements from industry figures quoted in their original public context. We also reference UK Government communications, parliamentary records and reputable sports media where relevant.

Where we cite a specific figure — whether it is the 2024 injury rate of 1.07%, the 94% greyhound rehoming rate or the total UK prize money pool of over fifteen million pounds — we link to or identify the original source so that readers can verify the information independently.

The Wider Context

Monmore Green has operated continuously since 11 January 1928, making it one of the longest-running greyhound stadiums in the United Kingdom. The venue sits within a sport that the UK Government has recognised as the sixth most popular spectator sport in the country, employing approximately 5,400 people across licensed tracks. In September 2025, the opening of Dunstall Park Greyhound Stadium gave Wolverhampton a second licensed venue — the first new UK greyhound track in over a decade.

This site exists because we believe that a data-rich sport deserves a data-led resource. Greyhound racing at Monmore generates a substantial volume of form, results and statistical information at every meeting. Our job is to make that information accessible, contextualised and useful.
